This policy explains how EzeePrompt handles information from this website. It does not cover a hospital's payment page or a hospital's own records.
What we collect
This site uses Calendly for demo booking. Calendly may collect the details you enter there. We do not copy Calendly attendee details into our site analytics.
Our site analytics may record the page, button clicked, booking opened or completed, source tags, an anonymous session ID, checklist count, and time. We do not store raw IP addresses in this analytics table.
Do not enter patient information
Do not put patient names, account numbers, health details, or other patient information into Calendly or email. This website is for business inquiries.
How we use information
We use booking information to arrange and follow up on a demo. We use anonymous site events to understand which pages and actions are helpful.
Sharing
We use service providers needed to run the website and booking calendar. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You may ask about your information or request deletion by emailing info@ezeeprompt.com. Some records may be kept when the law or a contract requires it.
